This dvd surprised me. I have a wife who sort of comes and goes with BJJ. I popped in this dvd and went out to the car to grab a few things. Buy the time I got back, she and my son, were commenting on the dvd like it was the "superbowl" She was so pumpped, that she committed to getting serious with bjj! The first scene is a girl/lady testing for her blue belt. I took one of her moves (I hate to admit it, I'm 6'2 238lbs with a 370 bench) and used it in class, on a smaller faster guy. Tapped him straight out!!! I walked to the side and started crying! GET THIS DVD!
