This DVD teaches correct fundamentals for defending boxing strikes. If you need to learn basic strike defense, like stuffing the hook, then this DVD is for you.

This one I'm not really a fan of, but still has potential valuable information. It's mainly about how to defend against specific punches thrown..and the boxer in this video is clearly inexperienced as the coach notes in the beginning, and seems timid and sketchy about the lessons. The coach is a harda$$, pounding away at the visibly uncomfortable boxer. The defensive drills are good as I've seen boxers use them effectively, so there is some value, here, but I would recco the "Counter Punching" TITLE dvd over this one.
