I am the proud owner of over 60 instructional BJJ dvds. JJM's techniques are among the best shown. He shows techniques I've actually seen him use in ADCC competition. They're not fancy, impractical techniques...they're moves that, if perfected, work very well and will definitely improve your game. I've improved my sweeps a lot b/c of this dvd and am finding myself on top more often, which is my favorite place to be. The visual aspect of the dvd isn't great, but the substance is top notch.
