I personal really like Helio's DVD teaching style. He's the polar opposite of Ryan Hall. He's simple. (*Anyone who has seen Ryan teach knows that he is good but you could play Technique 1, watch it for 3 minutes, go out for lunch, come back and Ryan will still be on Technique 1.) Helio will have you glued to the TV because he goes right to the technique. He narrates through freeze-frames which I like. Thank you Helio!!
