I have watched a lot of BJJ DVD's and if does not capture my interest in the first 15 minutes I will not bother watching it. When I rented this DVD, I could feel it was different as it was heavier than your standard DVD disc. The quality was simply amazing and CT explained the techniques with expert detail. I like the quality so much I bought CT's apps for my ipad.

I would like to strongly encourage everyone to NOT RENT THIS DVD. Too many techniques presented here that I would like to keep for myself just in case I ever happen to roll with anyone reading this.
Great production details, not that I really care, the important thing is that a lot of really effective tweaks to the bread and butter escapes and submissions are presented that really increase their effectiveness. Details shown in slow-mo from a variety of angles.
Only criticism is important details could be narrated more effectively like Stephen Kesting does in his Keys to the Technique segments. Also, hard on my ego seeing how someone who doesn't appear old enough to shave would completely destroy me even if I had a bazooka.
