Bas Rutten's "Big DVDs of Combat" training series is an ideal teaching tool and a great way to learn proper striking and blocking for both MMA and personal protection. Also enjoying and learning a great deal from Anderson Silva's "For MMA" series, Duke Roufus and his partner Jason in the "Muay Thai Full Contact Kickboxing" series, and Rob RAZOR McCullough's "Ultimate Muay Thai" training DVDs.
