This was a ok dvd on strength and conditioning. Allthough from what I had seen in magazines I thought it was going to be just Tito teaching his style of MMA. But it also has Chuck Liddell and it basically shows very fundamental strength and conditioning exercises that any somewhat experienced athlete that took any type of contact high school sport or martial art should allready know!
