TRUSTe is an independent organization whose mission is to build user's trust and confidence in the Internet by promoting the use of fair information practices. This privacy statement covers the Web site www.mmavault.com. Because this Web site wants to demonstrate its commitment to your privacy, it has agreed to disclose its information practices and have its privacy practices reviewed for compliance by TRUSTe.

Personal Information
We do NOT collect any personal information about you except your name,
mailing and shipping address, credit card information, and
e-mail address. We collect this information to register our users for an
account and through our "Contact Us" form so we can reply to inquiries
from our customers. Also this information is collected on our Affiliate
registration page along with the prospective affiliate's social security
number or Tax ID number depending on which applies.
MMAVault Inc. does NOT share, sell, or disseminate any of your personal information with any third parties except when necessary to process a transaction through the credit card processing agent. When shipping you an item your address is disclosed to the USPS. Note: The USPS does not know what is being shipped.
You do have the right to change any of the requested personal information. To change any of your personal information go to your account which can be found under the "Account" tab once you have logged in.
We reserve the right to disclose your personally identifiable information as required by law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on our Web site.
If you choose to write a review on this Web site, you should be aware that any personally identifiable information you submit there can be read, collected, or used by other users of these forums, and could be used to send you unsolicited messages. We are not responsible for the personally identifiable information you choose to submit in the "Write a Review" portion of the web site.
E-Mails
We periodically send out promotional e-mails. We do send confirmational
e-mails, such as shipment confirmations. If you wish to unsubscribe from
receiving promotional emails from us, you may do so by sending an email
to us with 'Unsubscribe' in the subject line or by changing your e-mail preferences on the account page.

Cookies & Tracking Programs
We do employ cookies. We use cookies in several different functions,
such as: for the convenience of members who do not want to log in on
each visit, and keeping track of items that you may want to set aside
until you finish your shopping. We do use tracking programs such as
Web Trends. The use of tracking programs only gathers information on an
aggregate basis, NOT on an individual basis. We employ cookies and Web
Trends to enhance your visiting experience. Cookies can be removed by

When you submit sensitive information, credit card, and login
information, your information is transmitted through a state of the art
128-bit SSL encryption. Also, encrypted are pages for our Affiliate
Program where other sensitive information is collected, specifically
social security number and Tax ID number.

Business Transitions
In the event MMA Vault, Inc. goes through a business transition, such as a
merger, acquisition by another company, or sale of all or a portion of
its assets, your personally identifiable information will likely be
